I agree with him that we shouldn't worry too hard with the options we have for the number 10 position. Clearly Oscar is first choice for that position, but we already have a plan B and C with Willian and Cesc. Mikel is still going to be important also, because we need someone to come in late in the game and prevent other teams from scoring.

We only really need one of Romeu and Mikel in the squad, possibly neither as long term I'd hope for a stronger DM or a homegrown player there like Chalobah, Ake

Having Courtois, Cech and Schwarzer seems like overkill; Ideally I think it's a position where you should look to have an outstanding keeper and then two HG/U21 keepers in reserve. Courtois could possibly count as HG, he's been registered here three seasons, it would seem unfair if going on loan affects that.
