The Mourinho Thread

King Mou (like any other true Chelsea fan) absolutely despises arsenal, so I hope their fa cup win sets off a trigger in Jose and he is more determined than ever to win trophies next season, and for many seasons to come, so we don't see scum like arsenal posting photos like 'Wenger - 1, Mourinho - 0, who is the failure now'.

Oh, and in response to sanogo, who pathetically tried to troll Jose, just so you know Jose has more trophies than you have goals in your club career to date, Let that sink in you twat.

And to any arsenal supporters reading this, go fuck yourselves.

There's a reason Sanogo looks like he hasn't taken a shit in weeks.

Fan: Is true that european players have more tactical knowledge than brazilians?

JM: We can always learn tactics. The most important is technique.

Fan: Why you use David Luizas a midfielder instead of a CB?

JM: Because I have Terry and Cahill very realiable in the back and David has midfielder qualities

You completely changed the subject of his post. Trusting in a manager is different from seeing everything he does as a good thing, even when the evidences speak otherwise.

Because there's always someone that will bring the 'extreme Jose lovers' line into it, which is annoying, there's always been a core group on here that would back the manager regardless (i was one off them until i got egg on my face defending AVB) Carlo got backed no matter what by some people, yet there was never post's like the one i quoted back then. If Hiddink returned he would be backed just as much as Jose has been, if not more.

I don't agree with everything he does, i was quite vocal around christmas off my disappointment that Kalas wasn't getting a shot during the period our defence were playing like Liverpool's back line, i just trust him to get it most off the time.

Its a good thing you admitted you was wrong all the time about AVB, but again, his post wasn't directed for people like you. Its clear he was talking about people that would back Mourinho regardless. There are some people around that NEVER sees anything wrong in what Mourinho does, even when the evidences speak otherwise. If Mourinho decides do sell Hazard tomorrow and replace him with a mediocre player, some people will try to find arguments to back his decision.

Just take Luiz as an example. Mourinho is the one who decided he is a better option for DM than Mikel or Lampard, Mourinho believes Luiz has midfield qualities (his words), but last season people were saying Benitez was a stupid guy (no, I'm not comparing Benitez and Mourinho) for not realizing Luiz is awful as a midfielder, but now, no single word about Mourinho, its all up to Luiz. Some members will point here how terrible again was Luiz playing as DM, then next game Mourinho will be using him again in that position, but again not a single word about that. Even when Mourinho is doing something against their beliefs, some members won't see that as a mistake.

Luiz played 90% of our big matches this season as a DM, but some people here keep saying he is an awful DM. So, the manager is not doing a mistake using such useless player in every big match of the season? I can even talk about Ramires. Its clear Mourinho is a big fan of his football, but the "extreme Jose lovers" who coincidentally are the most loud voices against Ramires, never take that as a Mourinho's mistake.

Thats right, Mourinho is using a "brainless" player game after game, and thats not a mistake.

So, as I said before, you changed the subject of his posts. Blind love is way different from trust.

Regarding Mourinho and Luiz, just find it funny that after the former said he won't play a defender in midfield, he goes and do that with Luiz. At times, it was enforced on Mourinho to do so but there were also times he made that decision despite having choices and not to mention, he also did the same with Azpi against Atletico Madrid...

Luiz was a better midfielder than the competition, imo

To be fair, I dont think Mou used Luiz in midfield because he wanted to (per se).

I think the fact he used him out of position so much shows two things. One that Cahill and JT duo were so immense that he tried to change it at least as possible and that Luiz's performances werent impressing him. Two that he simply doesnt trust any of our back up DMs and preferred a CB playing there than Mikel or whatever!

In factc, I dont recall Jose utilizing Luiz as a DM when he had the full squad at his disposal. It was more like desperate moves in order to try to win some matches than a real plan of his choice (a bit like Rafa did)...
