I don't think it's that bad of a comment, but that won't stop people from twisting the words.

IMO, it simply says that things go stale after a few years, and the players had a hard time at the end of the few years. They still liked Mourinho and he was trying, he just couldn't get it through to them. That's not on Mourinho, that's on the players.

Edit : I absolutely love his speech, really really positive, smilling and happy right from the start, doesn't talk about the past, when asked about not being able to coach against Stoke "It's over", and moves on.
