Mourinho is a must, he is the only one who knows how to sort this mess out.

This "he is the only one" notion has been thrown around a lot. Why do people say that? Where is the proof? So far he has looked absolutely clueless. I don't understand why people think he is able to fix the mess he created.

Some time ago, i almost took a job at Bayern Munich as an analyst (part time) for the youth and i have seen so many people who are preparing all the data and so on, unbelievable.

Mourinho get's paid huge amounts of money to be the last man on the receiving end, but i don't want to think so one-dimensional to put all the blame on one man.

As a scientist, that's too simple for me, an equation with so many variables is never that easy to solve.

Mourinho has worked all over the world, he and his staff have seen a lot of things, almost always they carried the goodies home.

They mastered so many difficult tests, there you have my source of inspiration.

They are like doctors, because of their experience they will find the problems and solve all of them.

Therefore you need vision and trust, not that easy during very difficult times.

Last but not least, Jose Mourinho means something to this club, it's not only a job for him here, he loves being around here, we are a big family.

So at the moment most fans are really hurting, but Mourinho is our leader and as long as he believes that he and his staff can figure this shit out,

they have got our support.

I should have left the term "scientist" out of it, doesn't make my opinion more important than others.

We can talk about a new coach, but has the need to reinvent the wheel really come that early?

Mourinho has made some mistakes, for example he should have given more playing time to Loftus-Cheek, but otherwise what's the point of sacking him now?

A new coach has to get used to the facilities, the players, simply the kind of the club.

He has to identify the best players for him, has to learn about the strengths and weaknesses of every player, has to establish his own style of play

(take a look at Klopp at Pool, it's a big struggle), immediately he is under a lof of pressure, everyone will put him under the microscope and so on.

Has Mourinho had a bad season like this ever before?

I don't think so, that should be as i already said a source of inspiration, because he always got it right in the end, there is no reason why this time it should be different.

So, if you still aren't happy with these points, who should be the new man in charge?

For me, there is no proven world-class coach or gem in the making available, i don't think that a guy like Ancelotti would like to be the interim.

In the past i have read an interview with the Italian that he would go back to AC Milan, the others, mhh.

I don't think that a guy like Thomas Tuchel, who has severe guidelines would like to start over without a good preparation.

That leaves us with Jose Mourinho and his crew, for me it could be a lot worse.

outside of the club he is managing, why should he rate other opinions ???

But you are speculating if you reckon he doesnt take notice of what anyone says within the club whether its from his daily group meetings/talks with the players through to talking with staff members such as Dr. Paco Biosca or Eddie Newton.

Mourinho has never been my favourite person or manager and sometimes he irks me but what is so galling on here is the anti-brigade (and there is a little regular group ) who find great delight in using every little stick to beat him with and repeating the same points over and over again without even bothering to try and find any positives. ( i know at the moment they are few and far between).

Then one or two have the audacity to criticise those who physically support the club and/or those who want to see light at the end of the tunnel and the tinted specs might be a bit blue.

Constructive criticism is great for debate but a good constructive point which starts on a postive is even better rather than the vile, obnoxious, offensive tirade Mourinho has been subject to on here by cowardly keyboard cowboys.
