Barbara 15,149
1. They DO have a great team actually. I hate Barcelona from the bottom of my heart, but denying they have a great team with a serious attacking force is being blind.2. They have (for as long as I have remembered) always been lucky with getting calls their way.And I dont think City will beat them. Maybe at home, but Im pretty sure Barcelona will advance. City are quite rubbish when competing in CL (for some reason). In theory is a great team with a horrible defense... but they haven't been playing that well all their matches. But as you and others pointed out, City has no UCL confidence whereas Barça has tons of it. I still believe City will qualify. I hope I'm wrong though
OneMoSalah 9,089
I think PSG could beat us to be honest despite having a tendency to give a lead away (no coincidence with David Luiz playing in their defense) in their domestic league but that means nothing when it comes to Europe I suppose look at Dortmund. Think in 5 of their 7 draws in the league they have been ahead and conceded so they are perhaps a bit more suspect at the back but still they are a good offensive team. Ibra is doing what Ibra does consistently year on year, Cavani has scored half of their CL goals and Lucas Moura has been a different player. Difficult game but should be good. PRODIGY84 1
We are a much better team, and I mean offensively when you add in Luis, Fabregas and Costa this team is 50/50 with Barca, Bayern and Real to win it. I'm not worried about Ibra, I'm more worried about Lucas and the wing's because that's been our weakness all year is defending against crosses. I love our odds and we need a tough game to test this team out. Blue-in-me-Veins
AswinR 96
we are no longer underdogs in any game....not this season.... i wouldnt have been worried if we got any team other than real and bayern....not that others are bad but bcz we are good.... psg is a good team ....imo the right team at the right time... not too much to travel...so less tym on flight during feb/march..... we will get a lesser opponent in the next draw... seriously believe we are gonna be in the finals this season...psg will be tough but this tym around we are more than up for the fight...with a full squad...they got no chance

Madmax 9,219
Ok your team is better than last year, but if Blanc can manage to become a real manager maybe he'll understand that Motta and Cavani should go on the bench... Last year Ibra wasn't there to perform magic, and Pastore was still in a confidence pit... despite that 3rd goal in the first game! This year, Ibra, pastore and Lucas are literally on fire and I'm confident we can do much better thant last year, although it really was a close call... Well anyway it's gonna be 2 great games!Has Motta been that bad? I was impressed by him in our first leg last season.
Whiskey 173
If Sunderland can draw us, of course PSG can beat us.This is football, anything can happen. Lets not be cocky. mannyfreshh and Muzchap

EMK 7
Regardless we lost to Newcastle does that make us a bad team? What am weary about is that out of all the other teams we could have faced they are the biggest threat and they have the biggest quality but I fancy us to topple them. Realistically it wouldn't be a suprise if they beat us cause they got some good individuals!
Sidzeret 2,257
I wouldn't be surprised if us and City go through despite the tough draw and Arsenal choking.
lionsden 4,689
Toughest team we could have drawn. I'm very worried mainly because our defense has declined this season and we haven't defended well even in games where we have parked the bus. But then again PSG are exactly like us in the sense that they struggle against teams that park the bus as well so this factor along with David the clown Luiz are the only obvious weakness we can exploit. I still believe City will qualify. I hope I'm wrong though Don't think Manchester City are the overwhelming favourites but they certainly have a good chance of beating Barcelona over two legs, especially if they can get the likes of Aguero fully fit and firing. Barcelona have hardly been convincing this season (or for the past 2 seasons) and have relied on individual qualities to win them games. There's nothing cohesive about them at the moment and beyond their front line, they are almost average. The worst part is, in 22 matches this season, Luis Enrique has played 22 different lineups, which is just plain ridiculous! He said he wants to keep his players on their toes and their opponents guessing but it does seem more of a case of him not knowing what his best side is. The Skipper 20,609
Aguero and Silva, arguably two of City's leading attacking components, are always bottle jobs against Barca, even when they were in Spain. What are you on about? Aguero used to destroy Barcelona at Atletico on a regular basis.

Atlas Lion 1,223
Yeah. He was always an absolute menace against them, and against Real as well. I remember Torres absolutely scrutinizing both Real and Barca, making the likes of Puyol and Hierro look like proper mugs. Not Aguero though mate.
