It's not a coincidence that the Boehly consortium has been pretty much locked in from a very early point in comparison to other groups who were still putting teams together well into their bids. 

Yeah, that is one positive with his bid. That said, all the financing and due diligence (as it would need to be gone over again) still normally takes longer. Obviously, we were in a goodish place with him returning as some of the leg work had been done already.

Some of it was done when they named the top three bidders. I hope it is closer to a week, rather than two weeks.

Always thought Buck is the guy from the club who's pals with the old heads at FA, Premier League. Worth keeping him around

Roman was not only an owner but also a fan, hopefully we can still do him proud as a fan and build on what he has started. We had won the lottery with him, an owner other teams envy. Thank you for everything Roman, former owner and forever fan of Chelsea FC.
