All respect to Cahill who has been fantastic this season and do deserve to be in the tots, but if they are only picking one CFC defender how can it not be Terry?

Kompany shouldn't be there, he hasn't been very outstanding this season, I'd rather have Kocielny tbh, but it really should be JT and Cahill as CB's imo.

dont think cech deserved it. definitely kompany did not.

shaw vs azpi is a maybe. azpi is rock solid in defence but he has offered next to nothing going ahead wheread shaw has had a great season

Kompany is there on reputation, but so is Cech. JT isn't there based on reputation and Shaw is ahead of Azpilicueta purely because 95% of footballers are too fucking thick to spell his name.

because things and players change.if a player gets voted in say January then gets injured then he's missed half of the season yet gets into that team.or someone playing well for half then crap the rest.a few weeks before the end maybe not months with games to go

most clean sheets is cos of our system. we have the best defence not the best GK.

a clean sheet against whu means jack squat when they had offered nothing upfront.

cech has made 81 saves in PL this season compared to marshall's INSANE 146.

marshall has kept cardiff alive in so many games only for his team to let him down.

i think shaw has had a better season performance-wise. maybe baines would have been better but to say baines>>>>>>>shaw is LOL for me.
