Milan 17,963
Paulinho on Lampard -"This comparison is a responsibility that I will take. I will not run away from it."Lampard is a great player, not only for Chelsea but in world football."I intend to follow in his footsteps as he is a very professional guy. David Luiz always speaks of him on international duty."I've always looked at what Lampard does and to me he is a huge phenomenon."The way he hits the ball, what positions he takes up, he really is incredible."http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11668/8805020/

Spike 12,049
What does everyone think about Watford's exploitation of the loan rules? 8 players from Udinese! Eight players!
CHOULO19 24,332
What does everyone think about Watford's exploitation of the loan rules? 8 players from Udinese! Eight players! They're only shooting themselves in the foot because the year after that none of those players will be with them and they'll have to rebuild their team almost from scratch. Hutcho 8,443
Julio Cesar going on loan to napoli from QPR. Weird that it is a loan considering QPR are in the championship, but Julio Cesar needs to go somewhere to help keep his spot for brazil 2014. Drogzola 283
I watched the Man City game. They played with a pretty strong side and couldn't walk away with a win against Supersport United who finished 6th last season in our Premier Soccer League. Spike 12,049
If players could only ever play for their first pro-club, this is how I think the first team would look like today: Carlton ColeAmbrose Gnahore - Josh McEachran - Liam Bridcutt - Billy CliffordRuben Loftus CheekDion Conroy - Nathanial Chalobah - Sam Hutchinson - Todd KaneJamal Blackman Subs:Rhys Evans GKKevin WrightAlex DaveyJody MorrisJohn SwiftAlex KiwomyaThat was pretty bloody hard. I really struggled to find out about older youth academy players that were released and had decent careers. I pretty much had a look at the academy and pulled out the names that performed the most admirably. Easily a upper middle tier Championship level team.No John Terry, no Betrand. They were signed from other clubs. dave30
