Any person who disagrees with this transfer is probably not aware of the qualities of this player. Rooney is a great player,and a comments like:"We don't need him,we have Torres,we need to force Lukaku,Ba..." are stupid.

The best option for Chelsea would be to sell F.Torres,I think we all need to agree that he didn't meet expectations.
