I can belive reports about a bid that already been sent, but how can he (Palmeri) know the bid we are going to send his 52m and not 60m? i think you got to have a source inside Chelsea's board to know such thing.

Chelsea haven't offered Napoli and their mad man owner jack shit. People are reading way too deep into these lazy journalists' articles with no quotes and sources. Napoli don't have to lower their demands to Chelsea, they are not in the same boat as Dortmund and Lewandowski. If Chelsea wanted him they would have stumped up the extra 8 or so million to seal the deal already. Jose already assured Lukaku he will be given the chance to lead the line at Chelsea, something Jose wouldn't bother with if Roman was green lighting a deal for Cavani.

Whatever you do, do not underestimate Real Madrid in the transfermarket. Period. Especially considering the fact that theyve had a trophie less season.
