The only real way to win this match was to make it 2-0 in a counterattack and we could n't.
In the 2021 cup final it was a similar match - we escaped. But despite City having the possession the chances were 6-6 (remember Pulisic ?).
If Poch could n't afford but to play defense and the counterattacks did n't produce a second goal then they 're going to score - can't be helped - ball was inside our box most of the time !
I wish we could play with such determination against Wolves and Nottingham Forest though.

There's a time to do that. On another day, we come away with nothing, and who would that be down to?

For me what is worst is he looks VERY relaxed.

With Frankie - who was out of his depth -, and even Tuchel, Conte… you could see the stress on their faces when things were not going well. You could see they cared - trying to figure out how to get things right. We suffered together with them  

This guy is a loser who doesn’t really care. He doesn’t deserve us. It’s like being in a loveless relationship.

All of them up front trying to pressure and they were leaving gaps behind that we exploited twice.
But we were not letting them play ball inside our box !
So what was Poch afraid of in the second half ? He could at least have kept them from reaching the box with such ease.

Easy to say this when we don't know what would have happened, we could keep attacking and lose 2-1 in which case you would still be moaning.

You forget it's a 2 team game, man city changed it up and completely dominated the second half.

No they did not.
But our midfield was an empty space. They might as well have put some chairs and coffee there.
