heh his spell at Flamengo wasn't that great either; pretty ridiculous mistake at Libertadores final which handed Palmeiras the win https://www.sporf.com/man-united-loanee-andreas-pereira-tarnishes-flamengo-spell-with-huge-mistake/

If you look at our schedule, I have, think we can stop with the relegation talk.

That's not in our future.

Like I've said many times, I fully expect this new and young team to fluctuate performance wise. That's normal. We will dominate the super weak sides tho, which is reassuring. Still don't believe CL is attainable, but would love to be wrong here.

Tonight they will play El Classico against Burnley, will be interesting.

This year it wouldn’t surprise me if all 3 newbie teams got relegated immediately.

I don’t believe so. It is certainly possible, but last year there was the same talk about Nottingham and Bournemouth. At the end of the day a lot can happen in a season.

Yea well you can't really predict anything about Nottingham when they are able to sign 15-20 players every single window.

They also have a very simple setup, sit back, stay compact and get on the counter.

was my MOTM

Deffo - from the chaotic reactive to a thoughtful 'hes here hes there hes every fuckingwhere' Gallacher.

Masterstroke to make him captain, often players like that really shine when given responsibility. Dennis Wise prime example

Travelling Asia rn so had to wake up middle of the night and go back to sleep afterwards but for once got rewarded. We saw good parts esp that the lads did not let their heads drop after missing those early chances, Conor, Colwill , Disasi and Palmer with overall good performances , Muds first goal but also the usual negatives with Enzo’s terrible shooting, the usual injuries and we still looked wasteful. Mind this is only Fulham. We disposed of them like we did of Luton. But there will be far sterner tests. All those last few games were mostly vs teams we should be bossing anyway, so just not scoring vs them is not something we should look at and say ‚hey we are 3rd team by xG‘. Similar the game today. The trend is upwards, but let’s not forget all our wins were against teams we should beat  mandatorily comfortably.

It was good seeing Caicedo playing the way he did yesterday. That was the Brighton player we bought. He dominated that midfield. Looked assured in possession and won his duels well. I really want to see Colwill have a run at CB but his performance at LB yesterday was brilliant. Defensively and most noteably offensively he was immense. His passing is out of this world. Despite all the players bought it was also good to see that 3 of the starters yesterday were from the academy. Broja, Colwill and Gallagher when there was a realistic chance that all three could of been playing elsewhere this summer. It shows what hard work does. Cowill was assured about his game time if he does well and has started every league game. Same with Gallagher.
