Strike 7,489
Pretty relaxed position. Raphinha or Dembele.
Pizy 18,909
Keep Timo, let Pulisic go to Juve. Timo can be used as Kai’s backup in the middle if we can secure two new wingers.
Superblue 6,372
I get the impression that Barca would like him but he's not a priority signing. It feels like they're showing themselves to make a token effort to save face but ultimately know that they're not in a position to do so. If it encourages Raphinha to reject all advances and hold out for Barca in the hope they can agree something later in the window then power to him. The bigger risk for him would be for Barca to manage to find an agreement with Leeds to then struggle to register him and leave him completely in limbo which I don't think could be completely dismissed given their current struggles. JDY 1,290
Those suggesting Gnabry. Bayern have never sold anyone to Chelsea and Chelsea have never sold anyone to Bayern. There seems to be a hatred that stems from their side since Roman's takeover, and us nicking Ballack off them for free. The 2012 final probably also didn't help. Since then they have nicked two of our youth players, and their public pursuit of Hudson-Odoi was also pretty infuriating. I honestly think they'd rather him leave on a free than sell to us. ChelseaFanUK 1,014
As someone pointed out to me last night, that cash injection for Barca today barely covers their contract renewals and the registration of Kessie and AC. Looking at it, I will be surprised if they match anywhere near our Raphinha bid

Bohely has made no secret of trying to move as fast as possible despite what the majority of our fanbade think. He has literally come in, ousted an incompetent board and struck targets with official bids. He and TT obviously want the bulk of the transfer business wrapped up before pre-season starts. Wether that come to fruition is another story. Vesper and bigbluewillie

Clockwork 1,794
Not usually my position, i get it and usually no hard feeling if we are not a players first choice. But in this case i can’t accept it. Barca is a shit show, they have ways to go before being back as one of europes elite. I prefer Dembele, he can take over a game that Raphinea wishes in his dream. All this talk about Dembele attitude problem, Xavi is pushing Barca the hardest to resign him.

If we or any other club, don't agree a deal this summer he'll stay there another season and I doubt wants grief from their fans if he's been caught specifically saying he wants to join Chelsea. He will only work in a free role as oppose to Raphinha who's far more of a team player. They work differently too in different areas of the pitch. Personally, I'd not take Dembele esp for the type of high intensity system TT likes to employ.
DDA 9,938
Dembele has disaster written all over him. You can have the ability in the World but if you're attitude isn't right... you'll achieve nothing. Hes another Danny Sturridge. robsblubot
