I'm very surprised how things are panning out for Dembele. I first saw him when watching Rennes games to see how Boga was doing. Frustratingly he was keeping Boga out until he got injured and let Jed in to get some games. The frustration soon turned to admiration and then to disappointment when his agent said Dembele had turned us down the season before he joined BVB. Looked such a good player.

If we had really tried to do a Pulisic type deal with Sancho and failed, I'm sure we would have heard something about it from the German at the very least but there has been nothing. There's not even a thing from the usual Italian journalists or the English ones who usually cover Chelsea. 

I'm sure we are interested in Sancho but whether we will actually make the move remains to be seen. It could all come down to whether we extend Willian's contract or whether we sign Boga because if one of those things happen (especially the former), then I can't see us sign Sancho and have like 5 wingers (I know Ziyech can play in the No.10 role but the RW is still the main position for him).
