The Tuchel Thread

I am not surprised, just like Maina, Buck, Cech, etc were let go. I imagined Boehly also wanted his own manager.

I think Tuchel was a better fit for the old regime,  virtually every manager they hired was with the view of short term. Tuchel was no exception, he was no team builder.

I am not sure about Potter, hope we don’t hire him because he is readily available.

Potter has done a great job at Brighton but dealing with our “big-time Charlie’s” is likely to be a totally different proposition. I think Poch might actually have something to prove in the Premiership, he knows European football and has experience of so called big names with big egos . To me it depends if Boelly wants a long term plan , which would be new to us (!!) in which case it’s Potter - or a short-term fix in which case it’s Poch.

Got them 9th and playing some decent stuff. Not very impressive

Poch is just as toothless as the team is, so surely he would fit.

Now I'm reading Potter would mean another record fee, for a manager this time. We are becoming as pathetic as PSG, only difference is they actually bought themselves some wins, we are only buying ourselves embarassment.

One thing I will say though...

Players like Mason Mount and Mendy should be ashamed of themselves.

Fucking Ziyech is a disgrace.

The only players who can hold their heads up high is Reece James and Thiago Silva. They always come correct in every game and so they should given the money they receive each week.

I can't think of anyone else who didn't let TT down. Maybe Jorginho because his physical deficiencies aren't actually his fault. He does try to play properly in every game albeit with mistakes made.

Glad Tuchel is gone. Could not stand the terrible brand of football he played and hope boehly and co. Recognised that winning is better when it is based on positive football rather than this rubbish we watched week in week out.

Hope the next manager is one who plays positive, attack centric football.

Mount in particular needs a massive kick up the ass. Seems like he has been more concerned with becoming a model, brand spokesman, and celebrity than a footballer this summer. He’s been woeful in every appearance so far this season.

9th for Brighton is very impressive, they have played better football than us every game this season with far lesser players, if we played Brighton now with TT still here they would best us I have no doubts.

Todd is a complete disgrace, fucked his targets in the summer, delivered alternatives very late in the window and sacked him one week after the transfer window closed. Well done sacking a world class manager and legend of this club. Also get the fuck Pulisic and Ziyech out of this club..

Who was the alternatives?

David Ornstein saying that Boehly was doubtful about Tuchel from the start, but left him in place because of a certain stability during transition period.

As if the fat fuck knows anything about football

Is this a joke? Every single report in the world will say De Ligt was the priority for Tuchel and Koulibaly was the fall back.

As for Aubameyang if we got Dembele or Raphinha, doubt we would be chasing him on deadline day.

Dembele and raphinha are both RW and auba is a ST, De Ligt was pure click bait, if we really wanted him a massive amount would of been offered just like Fofana.

This guy will ruin this club in a few years. Roman wanted to stay in the shadows running his club, this clown likes the highlight and wants to be at the center of things.

Roman was only in the shadows because he wasn't allowed in the UK lol before that he was front right and centre. You spend 3 billion on a club your damn right you wanna do it your way.

Moretto reporting they were supposed to have major disagreement over transfers, with Tuchel not wanting CR7 and Kondue.

So, in a clash of some one who knows football with someone who doesn't quite yet, apparently TT saved few hundreds milion to guy who sacked him.

De Ligt was not pure clickbait. He wasxTTs primary target.. that has been confirmed by multiple crdible sources  including Fabrizio who just said that exact fact in his report on the sacking.

Matt Law also mentioned the disagreement between Boehly and Tuchel for Ronaldo and Kounde.
