That's the thing with Lampard's use of Werner. It's great and all when and if Werner is scoring goals but if he isn't, then what does he even contribute to our attack from wide areas? Nothing but Lampard has continued to put square pegs in round hole. Whatever that was working 2-3 weeks ago certainly isn't working anymore but Lampard is still trying to force it. What's that thing about insanity again?

Also have we actually improved on last season? People will point to the improvement in results in same fixtures vs last season but all the bad things that we saw last season are resurfacing again. Come up against half decent sides and our attacking play boils down to crosses from James or individual brilliance from someone.
