Why are there even talks about him leaving so early? They will only grow stronger next season with some additions.

Usually he waits until he's won the title before he takes the mask off!

Such a shame he alienates himself at every club he manages. His ego gets the better of him. Obviously has all it takes to be a great manager bar that not so minor detail. I'm not surprised he didn't get on with Jose.

I don't even get why he does it, certainly not to the extent he does anyway.

He's proven he can get no so great sides punching, if he was heavily reliant on a blank cheque you could almost understand it.

There is some talk half the squad haven't bought fully into his methods due to a lack of trust/confidence (article Tomo posted further up), which is surprisingly odd as I thought Inters players would be desperate to be successful again. Its an odd situation you wouldn't have thought this before the lockdown as they were flying. There is still some deadweight there and regardless of if its Allegri or Conte or anyone theyll probably shift a few if they can to close the gap. If Juve keep Sarri as well they will be closer next season because Juve are aging throughout their squad. He is intense and it would be a shame to see him leave Inter after one season as I said in my other post, they have got huge potential. If they get Tonali on top of Hakimi who has already arrived they will be even stronger again plus Sensi, Barella and Bastoni will be another year older and experienced at a higher level. Youd think those other players would raise their standards to try fight their cases if they believe they are vulnerable and potentially could be offloaded too? Maybe it just sums Inter up though more as a whole, theyve had far too many average players coming in since the last period since Mourinho left. Its a culture and mentality thing they need to change as much as anything imo.

I don't like Sarri and I think he shouldn't be coaching teams like Juve and Chelsea, but the difference is lower mostly because of Conte's Inter gained more points.

Yes, Juve can still finish with 92 points. Conte did solid for the first season.

Btw the other day Juve did not touch the ball for 8 minutes and 11 seconds in Atalanta half.

You guys cant imagine how much juve fans hate Sarri, they really dont want him around anymore, they are bored by his style and they cant stand his excuses....they would kill to have Allegri back.

Tbf Juve fans didnt want Allegri at first and only warmed to him after his first season. I don’t expect them to change manager anytime soon particularly when they win Serie A.

I think someone like Sarri as he said about when he was in Napoli and also here, he needs a season or whatever to embed the principles of his football and then build on it after. I have seen some of the games and they are very predictable but I think theres been glimpses of what they could do if they keep going down that path and next season, Id imagine it would get better. Plus they have an aging squad, regardless of manager, they need to freshen it up.

Yes but with Allegri you could see the effectiveness, players and fans were not bored to death. The only reason they are ahead now is beacause of Ronaldo and that they have a better squad than anyone. Next season im willing to bet the wheels will come off. Yes they def need some players coming in though I hope they crash and burn...if Conte stays I hope he teaches them a lesson next year.

So, Inter finished 2nd in Serie A and then, Conte went and moaned...

https://www.football-italia.net/156686/conte-no-protection-inter

“It has been a tough year on a personal level, very tough. I don’t think the players saw their work recognised, I don’t think I saw my work recognised and we all received very little protection from the club.

“We have to grow and improve in all areas, including off the field, and a big club should protect its players more. We’ll discuss it all at the end of the season, I have to meet the President and he’s in China right now.

“It was very, very intense this year, difficult, and the lads did well to isolate ourselves and create unity within us, despite the difficulties. I don’t like people who get on the bandwagon and I saw a lot of that with Inter this year.

“We had to eat dung for months and got zero protection. My problem is that I have a vision, I see the path we have to take and I know what we need to do. I saw the other day an interview that Luciano Spalletti gave at Inter in 2017. We’re now in 2020 and nothing has changed.

“I can be a lightning rod for the first year, but if you don’t learn and keep making the same mistakes, then that's just crazy. I want to be absolutely clear that I am not talking about the transfer market or the players. I want that to be very clear.”
