Leif 6,006
we parked the bus vs Liverpool in the 1st leg of the COC semi-final with all our weapons against a team whose 1st XI isn't half as good as ours and with a lot of inexperienced players. I think in that game, that was our aim. Give the inexperienced Liverpool players lots of the ball so they have plenty more chances to fuck up

Popular Post! Bir_CFC 3,455 Posted April 21, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted April 21, 2015 Nice article over at ESPN.Chelsea's gritty approach vs. Man United should be applaudedhttp://www.espnfc.com/club/chelsea/363/blog/post/2409387/chelseas-gritty-approach-vs-man-united-should-be-applauded-not-criticisedNot every match can be won 5-0 and not every goal can come from an overhead backheel especially in a physically demanding campaign that extends over 38 matches. There will be times to shine and times to grind and Chelsea have done both on several occasions. I expected Porto to not make so many defensive mistakes, as based on their first leg performance. Looks like those two full backs were essential. Henrique 9,133
You sure haven't seen Messi playing lately, he is the guy who changes games for them ( well he's been doing it for years now, but he's doing almost on a weekly basis atm). The simple fact of him being on the field is enough to drain 2 or 3 defenders around him. Modric is the best midfielder at Real Madrid, Ramos is their best defender, when they were both injured ( March February ), Madrid had a really poor run, Luka is essential to their style, moving the ball and delivering the ball exactly where they need to at the right time. Ramos has the huge task to cover the space left behind Marcelo who is a huge Madrid weapon up front, he has saved them numerous times this season, apart from his concentration flows, his importance is way more than his mistakes at Madrid, and again, without him and Luka, they were poor, just like Bayern without Robbery, just like we would be without Hazard. and just like Barcelona would be without Messi. So, Bayern is poor with no Robben.

RoyalBlues 4,050
Strangely I have a feeling whoever won in Arsenal vs Chelsea match, will be the Manager of the Year. Yes, if Arsenal won, even if we win the PL, I could see Wenger will get it. Maybe even if it's draw too. Lol, ridiculous.
Adnane 1,101
So, Bayern is poor with no Robben. Now what ? You're gonna seize the chance at every win they get without him ? Seriously ? You expect the to lose ALL their games without him ? This is just ridiculous, you take only one exemple of the 3 or 4 i mentioned, and respond when it suits you better. To lose 3-1 to Porto is weak enough to show you what they are without him, plus, genius, if you had done a little research, you would've known that both their usual full backs were suspended. didierforever, iseah100 and ILoveLamp
