It's crazy sometimes how people blame our current position totally on Mourinho. Sure, it was one of the reasons but it is not the managers that play on the field, it is the players. If Man City play boring football will they be in the same position as ours, no, why because they have good players. So, is Mourinho the only one to blame, no, it includes the players as well as the board

Says who? A lot of praise was thrown at our now much loathed board. 'Astute', 'Clever', etc were thrown around to describe them. Roman personally was adored for his continued investment and will to bring back Mou. Plenty of praise was shared, as much as blame is now being shared. Mourinho's not magically abstained from criticism either.

But it's the truth my friend. Mourinho is a genius in a short term but so far has proven to be a disaster after 3 seasons.

You can't go back to back and do the same thing. Real Madrid he lose the players third season, Chelsea the third season.

Something is not right and unless he take a nice time to think about certain things, he would have not learn anything. And after a couple of seasons he will go back to his same shenanigans.
