Popular Post! nullabletype 987 Posted November 24, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted November 24, 2015 So Le Saux can say so much shit in the media, and Mourinho can't even react? When JT did the same with Savage everybody was laughing. Absolutely thought this at the time. I have no issue with that JT said about Savage, I found it humourous actually, but the same lot on here who cry foul every time José opens his mouth were lapping up the comments made by JT when there was no real reason for him to single out and take a pop at Savage. It really came out of nowhere and was no more or less "childish" than 90% of what José says.Furthermore, calling José childish for making a fleeting comment regarding Le Saux is just looking for controversy and I'm not remotely surprised to see which posters are supposedly bothered by it. If Le Saux wants to make multiple publicised statements containing comments charged with hyperbole such as "set the game back 30 years" then I think a passing name drop is well in the spirit of things and totally fair game. Not excusing José's tantrum at the medical staff, but it barely set the game back a week nevermind 30 years. kmk108, stroey, Rhino's Skin and 5 others
manpe 10,861
And anyway, Mourinho's decision to use Kenedy at LB was because he thought Norwich would play 3 at the back and that he would give us more impetus in attack.I think it was actually 5 or 4 man defence, not 3. Had Norwich played with 5, we would have played with 3. This also explains the inclusion of Ivanovic, who would have slotted in at CB. The choices were logical, hard to argue with that. Mourinho getting his mojo back....but more importantly, the players buying into it.Will be interesting v Spurs as they for once are hot favourites. But its a Sunday midday match after they have played 2.5k miles away from home on Thursday night. Makes a change for scheduling to suit us .......but could be hard for Mourinho to 2nd guess Spurs tactics and line up

lucio 5,418
Urm...Mourinho said in public he and the medical staff had their meeting. Why should the details of that be public?Just to satisfy do gooders like le saux in his new role ?Remember he was also mouthing off about how the incident affected team form and the dressing room........yet again....how does he know?So whilst its alright for GLS to have a big dig at our club and manager, its not ok for Mourinho to have a little one (just a name drop) back?mourinho is the highest paid manager in the world. he is under the spotlight, and will be analysed by every angle. and when his behaviour is controversial, not everyone will be impressed. he dosen't need to rise to every criticism. just showing his paranoia and insecurity^ Not one, but two big digs.i read both of them, hardly massive digs at all. just concerned comments, that the squad does not respond to the negativity , and that jose handled the carneiro situation badly. neither of which is difficult to agree with.. Rhino's Skin 972
Its only over reactionarys like your goodself that make it an issue though. His comment ( name drop ) pales into the background when compared to Le Sauxs comments when he didnt know the ful facts.Expected better of a recent club ambassador who knew his ill advised comments would be plastered all over the media.Le Saux jumping on the bad nouthing of Mourinho and the club to self promote his new role....yup...stinks of it stroey and Essien19

Essien19 1,415
heat of the moment from Jose ,, but too arrogant to apologise.Would have been better, if Jose publicly backed her afterwards. One can say that.Jose seems one of those guys, who only reacts to strength, not weakness. On the whole, neither of us don't know what really happened in the background.Eva's reaction(in her past, she posted very rarely on Facebook) weren't good either. She alone made the call to stop showing up for work, that wasn't necessary, she put her personal needs over the club ones,at the end of the day, she let the team down.Maybe the world has changed over the years, guys like Ferguson weren't nice either.I think a lot of people can't stand a proper hairdryer treatment anymore, Eva didn't get that, way more harmless.Sadly, it was enough. Now we have to get on with life and the club. Can't live forever in the past.
