And your parallel doesnt stand. Need for GF in real life can wait if you dont find the right one at time, but our need for CB is. We need one today. I will wait with my expectations about Luiz, but like Juan said, he is best option we can get right now. I would prefer Koulibaly, Bonucci, Laporte, Varane, but if no one is available, there is nothing we can do. And going without new CB in this season would be bad for us. Luiz is not world class, but considering our target is PL (and that is a stretch), I dont mind having him here. His passion is unreal.

Still have reservations of him at CB but he's an absolute beast when deployed in midfield. But I doubt Conte would buy him just for that.
