First I've heard of that rumor.

All I know is that José just reiterated yesterday that Oscar was our best player in the early part of the season. Hazard is easily our best player and our only global superstar.

No reason to sell.

The only #10 I could see José swapping Oscar with is Özil whom he admittedly loves.
