Could have been on the beach in Ibiza for one more week of vacation!

But no... he decides to join practice at former club Anderlecht to keep in shape! Good choice Rom!

why not join the chelsea group then if he's skipping vacation anyways?

He is on vacation. He is visiting his family and friends but he doesn't want to get out of shape. I like it very much.

Who doesn't? :) I think Mourinho will appreciate that Lukaku spends a couple of hours to train on his vacation.

This here shows true ambition and hunger to succeed. Great attitude,if he does not succeed here then I really want him to do well wherever he goes.

Some extra info about his training at Anderlecht:

Communication manager David Steegen: "We received a call by Romelu to ask if it would be possible to participate in training because he wanted to be fit for preseason at Chelsea. Of course we agreed on this, just like we did with Mbark Boussouffa a few years ago. Romelu is a son of the club and we are actually very honored that he wants to train with us. Also for our younger players, like Yourie Thielemans, it is an inspiring experience to train together with a player like him!"

On the question if Lukaku is holding back a little... "No, not at all. He participates in ALL exercises and gives himself 100%"!
