Funny thing is that Palace were playing much better with 11 vs 11. They thoroughly out-played Arsenal in the first 75 mins.

How many of it were clear cut chances though?

3 or 4 but their finishing was poor. Arsenal didn't have any real chances in the first half except a shot from a tight angle inside the box. Palace also hit the post in the second half and Szchny (or however you spell it) made two incredible saves.
