The keeper got touch on ball and not conclusive enough to overturn, however the decision to overturn City's one for a penalty was dubious. The two yellows were correct. Gabriel cost Arsenal really because City were so poor today and without Arsenal going down to ten they definitely weren't winning this game, probably losing.
