They could concede 6+ again. Both clubs above us catch Leicester when they’re absolutely decimated by injuries and COVID in the span of a week. Justice for once Pretty daft from Ndidi to even contemplate sliding in too though but that sort of defending, no surprise given how bad Leicester have been in recent weeks. Also having a helmet like James Maddison in the spine of their team is never going to help either, clearly believes his own hype yet wouldn’t exactly say he’s a world beater by any stretch of the imagination. Good when everything’s going well but not someone you’d count on in a bad period. Pizy 19,381 Posted December 28, 2021 Share Posted December 28, 2021 Didn’t think I’d see a result this season as poor as ours against that horrendous Everton side. But this eclipses it. City put 6 past them just a couple of days ago and Liverpool were fully rested knowing they had to win to keep up. So that means City will now officially surpass us in PL titles at season’s end. 😔 Thankfully we have those 2 beautiful, big eared trophies in the cabinet or we’d never hear the end of how City have “usurped” Chelsea as a club.
