Cancelo 4 assists in last game and a half. Also own goal was scored after his cross. If you see highlights against Brugge you will see he could easily had a couple more. Best offensive full back.

He is arguably the first fullback I have seen since Maldini, I think, who is better on the 'WRONG' side (for his footedness) Certainly in terms of top 3 or 5 in the world play.

Also, to lesser extent for sure, I would add (for just the past several seasons and before his injury that fucked us buying him) Leonardo Spinazzola

City winning here, won at Stamford Bridge, draw at Anfield. They are losing points to lesser sides... Not having recognised striker is hurting them in these type of games.

Ronaldo did no favour to his ambition by choosing sentiment.

United's first half performance reminded me of Conte's defensive approach aka waiting-to-be-beaten setup at the Etihad in 2017.

And Solskjaer is literally all vibes and no tactics, no plan. He is so similar to Lampard, or might even be worse than him.

This is Conte vs City 2017 level cowardice at home by Ole.

was at home I think. De Bruyne winner. Reminds exactly of that.

The one at the Etihad was worse. City were in the middle of a busy period, IIRC, and just came off a cup final and we turned up there by just strolling around with City nowhere near their best. Again IIRC, Conte said he went there in damage limitation mode

He's a lot worse, as bad as Lampard was in the end we did have some promising performances in season one going toe to toe with teams (although in hindsight the muscle memory from Sarri's tactics probably helped a fair bit).

I'd say that Solskjaer, in the past two seasons, at least looked like he had a plan especially in the big games. But with Ronaldo in the team all of a sudden, whatever he was trying to build - if he had a plan - went out of the window.

United looked toothless, even when City played more conservative in the second half. Do not understand why Sancho is playing so timid? He is just passing the ball off instead of taking people on. Ole has not featured him as much as people thought, but when given time on the pitch, he is doing nothing.

Confidence likely battered and he has a clueless manager in charge.
