The Next Manager?

I just hope if he does come and things aren't going smooth it isn't quick firing on your bike. He's coming into such a dodgy situation, ban and a squad that desperately need adding to. Plus they're the ones that would've hired him in the first place knowing the experience or lack of it he has

Absolute bullshit

We need him, and he needs us, make it happen number one.:D

Taken from Sky Sports.

Roberto Di Matteo says it is not too soon for Frank Lampard to become Chelsea manager because he has all the tools needed to succeed in the role.

He does have the tools, but needs to learn to master them. I would like to hear RDM's in-depth analysis of why exactly it is not too soon. Too many one sentence statements floating around with nothing to back them up to take them seriously. I do hope he is indeed ready and hits the ground running, and he may as well during the honeymoon period (we have that with every single new manager), but this squad has shown they can't withstand the whole season in such form.

We have always needed a motivator to give our best......and he will be just that. Lamps I see him as adaptable, he might not be ready per say, but he will learn faster than mnay give him credit for. I rather Allegri but thats a no since yesterday, so Lamps it is.....I rather Lamps than Ten Hag, Jardim and the likes.

My worry is that when things go bad, which they inevitably will, then he will be shat on by everyone and sacked by the clueless board. I wouldn't mind him coming in, I love Lamps, but he will need to be shown massive patience.
