There are other players in the team who when they initially joined, had a much higher salary and surely Raphinha will feel he done enough to be be on the higher paid players. If that’s all we’re offering I think Arse would surely double that. I believe they just gave Eddie Nketia something close to that and he’s nowhere near Raphinha’s level. We have 3 very good players who occupy the same area of the pitch he does in Mount, Kova, and Gallagher. That sort of hybrid #8/#10 area. No idea why we’re still being linked with him. Mount is like SMS? I never would have thought that. I think more like Kova, and Kova ain't the same as Mount. So don't understand why you put Mount under the same bracket as Kova?
