Yoga actually would be a good shout for all the players. Would make them more flexible and would protect their joints from hyperextending, which would in turn help with muscular issues

Ryan giggs credited his long career to his yoga practice

Southgate says James' Euro place is under threat now he's decided to stay at Chelsea and work on his fitness.

Hilarious, cannot wait for the idiot in the waistcoat to 'mutually leave' after he again falls short at the Euros. Can't get his way and spits his dummy out. Dross.

It’s not as if RJ is missing England doing anything noteworthy as long as Fraudgate is at the helm. It’s sad how another generation of talented England players is wasted by a clueless coach but at least we don’t have that many guys getting injured playing the waistcoats turgid football this time

he has been a shell of the player he was before he started his horrid series of bad injuries the end of December 2021

he was tracking to score 11 or 12 goals and have 13 or 14 assists before then

he was an absolute terror every time he came charging down the right side, probably the best RB on the planet at the age of 21, 22, when you factor in his defence as well

he has never come close to that form since

it is a a HUGE problem

if he either leaves or is still injured all the time

there are only three WC (1) or near WC (2) RBs who are remotely available and Hakimi is so out of our grasp atm

Achraf Hakimi  (the only truly WC one, and he likely will never come here if we do not have CL)
Jeremie Frimpong   (the one I would go for)
Nahuel Molina

after them

Lutsharel Geertruida
Matty Cash

then

Benjamin Henrichs
Sacha Boey

then

Joakim Maehle
Nordi Mukiele

and 3 youngsters

Iván Fresneda   (19yo)
Arnau Martínez  (20yo)
Kiliann Sildillia   (21yo)

How many apologies is he going to make? Apologised for not being fit/re-injuring himself last season, then for a poor season, now for a petulant red card…. be one for every day of the week at this rate.

“Another lesson to learn” the guys 23, captain of Chelsea, an England international… Even if it was seen as harsh or not, he should know not to kick the ball away after conceding a foul or whatever it was.

Just ridiculous in this day and age after the severe cracking down on these type of things over the past few seasons for any footballer to get red carded for this. Never mind the captain, the guy who alongside the managers go to the referee meetings regarding rule changes and everything else at the beginning of the season.

If I am honest he has struggled heavily since taking the armband for performances and fitness. Was an incorrect decision when it was made IMO, always thought Silva should of taken it. He has too much to get right yet because RJ is still unreliable fitness wise.
