If i were on Sarri's place i would leave too.. No support from lame board, no transfers,  plastic fans boo you in matches. Juventus want you.. Which reasonable manager will stay in this mess atm called Chelsea fc? With Hazard leaving i think next season will be nightmare..

Well if we get Frank and our team show up like his lot have today in arguably their biggest game in years, I would be extremely disappointed considering our big gane performances have been so mixed already this season. Derby clearly not ready for the PL and Lampard not ready to manage us. So if Sarri is to be going out, whos next in the list? Big Sam or Alan Pardew 😂

Simone for me if Sarri is let go....Allegry aint too bad either. Yeah some will say we must continue this style but I still love the old Chels. Saw season review dvd on our campaign 14-15, sublime play, fast direct and with intent.

Like you were gonna suddenly say "Lampard is ready for us" had Derby won. 🙄

Lampard coming here in the boards eyes will ease the fan discontent towards them

the fans will give Lampard a much easier ride should we lose a few games on the bounce

Like I said before (i think) Cech coming back is part of this new 'start'.

I'm still convinced that that the whole Lampard thing is 100% made up, and I'm also convinced Sarri is staying. All of those rumors about Sarri moving back to Italy and Lampard becoming the manager are coming from the italian press, the same one that were saying until days ago that Pepe Guardiola had signed for Juventus.

The loan of Higuain was a risk, same with Kovacic or any other middle of the road player we have ended up getting.

Lampard is a risk, but no bigger risk than any of these washed up players and loans we have seen come here and do fuck all.

The Lamps one may be BS, but something is up with Sarri. One thing is for sure, Napoli fans wont be happy if he goes to Juve.

Said it the other day, we've hired successful and/or experienced managers and gotten nowhere with them. Maybe hiring someone new, up-and-coming manager will do us good?

Yeah we know Pep had no track record but he had Messi, Iniesta and Xavi FFS. We have... what? Willian and Giroud? :(

That he did but he also had a vision and plan to rebuild their squad. Got rid of certain big name players and got players that worked for him.

If I had to choose between Sarri and Lampard, for next season I’ll have to swallow one of the hardest pills and choose Sarri.

Yes, because things will definitely get better under Sarri especially if we can't sign players...

Thats the problem though, with the ban, Sarri will not cut it. He will keep flogging his favorite 12-14 players with the same tactics and way. You couple that with our rivals buying players and it will likely look a bit grim. And we will have CL on top of that, not ideal imo.

I’m not saying it will get better. I’d rather have a different coach. But if I was forced to the corner, I’ll have to stick with Sarri.

Again, Lampard isn’t ready. I know it’s a dream having him coach here and turn Chelsea around but we need to use our heads inside of our hearts and dreams. It is a HUGE ask from him, and one bad season could damage his career.

He didn’t promote Derby to the PL so now it’ll be until Jan 2021 (assuming Derby gets promoted) before I change my mind.

What must Lampard do to prove that he's ready? Manage in the Premier League? Win a trophy?

It's ironic of me to say this but why do people keep on focusing on the bad side of this potential appointment? What if Lampard comes in and actually does a good job? What if he does well and prove he is more than capable of managing at the highest level already?

It's a huge ask for anyone to turn this club around but if we are to do so, at least give us a manager who isn't stubborn and inflexible in his own ways.
