I am from Spain and I watch that interview, I can tell you what he said. Mourinho didn't say he already signed any contract, he said that he will travel today to London and this week he will be the next Chelsea manager.

Obviously today he is not the Chelsea manager, but he is in London this week discussing some things with Chelsea before signing, probably salary and stuff.
