At the earliest, tomorrow. Such huge announcements are not normally done on a Sunday or weekend for that matter.

And besides, the club would want coverage or publicity, if it still needs it, on the appointment but not now when basically half, if not all, of the English media are in Brazil at the moment.

Valencia agreed fee for Mata on 21st August(Sunday). Medical took place on the 22nd and we officially announce the deal on the 24th, a Wednesday.
