Cosmin 2,484
Ioan Becali, a Romanian agent who is a friend of Jose (and a cunt), claims that "Chelsea will be Mourinho's new team. He will sign a great contract, with a lot of money involved. A contract like he never had before. Among other things, he promised to the owner that he will win the Uefa Champions League TWICE in the next three seasons".

If these rumours are true and such promises were thrown around then I'm thinking this won't end well -again-. Before writing our name on the trophies there are several clubs we need to defeat first. Special Juan 28,187
Stability, stability, stability and more please. This is what Jose and the club needs, back the man, get behind him from the off and give him funds to buy, and buy good and sensible.I want to see Jose here for years and years not to get the boot after two bad results against Swansea and Southampton. Dad is coming home, I will toast a glass of champagne when he does because he is the man, the only man I want at this club.Jose, see ya soon. CHOULO19 24,332
Al Jazeera today reported that he's signed a 4-year deal which will be announced next Friday which makes things 90% done. (They also reported Benitez to Napoli before it was confirmed). Fernando

The Skipper 20,609
4 years is a big indication he's sticking around for long. When was the last time we gave a manager a contract of that length?

Hamilton 2,120
Does it really matter what lenght the contract has?Imagine we don't make the group stage again and are in third in EPL, what will Roman do??

CHOULO19 24,332
Why is it?The second longest serving manager at the same club in the PL right now is Brendon Rogers. Before Jose announced he's leaving Madrid, he was the longest serving manager in the Spanish league! Any manager staying at the same club for more than 2-3 years is an incredible achievement. A complete rarity. Heisenberg
