We want a stable manager.And Mou have been biggest definition of instability.He want a new challenge every now and then. But what about our club.Our youth will never get a chance like that.

Just like our owner,we fans also have become so impatient.its so sad to see.

We already have a world class manager.He is doing a decent job.Why cant we observe that....

Mourinho’s contract at Madrid — renewed last summer after a previous mid-season plan to depart the Bernabeu for the Premier League came to nought — runs until 2016 and includes a £35m exit clause.

I doubt it's 35m but if AVB's exit clause was 13m then Mourinho's will be considerably higher.

Mourinho coming back looks worse every day from a financial point of view.

Player power is great when the power is with great men like JT,Lampard,Drogba,Cech ,Cole etc.........

The player power you do not want is when the players down tools and do not put it all in ,our player power never meant that,if anything the power at our club that has let us down has been boardroom power,the players have been superb amongst all the distractions and management crisis caused by the boards decisions, without our players sticking together we could not have won our recent trophies,since Jose last time. The power at the club should be with the manager for footballing decisions and Jose should get that, Roman should be talking to Jose directly without Emenalo in the middle clouding the issue and stirring things. This time we need the relationship between Roman and Jose to be the closest at the club.

Don't want Mourinho to come back. It is evident club suffered badly after he left and now that we somehow broken the shackles of player power and so called Mourinho era, we really don't want to tread on that path again .We might get some short term success again but our future will still remain bleak.And the blessing hand of Roman is not going to stay on our heads forever.

LOL!Jose made Drogba one of the most feared strikers in Europe. The success he bought us was because of Jose.

Well I see it this way.

With the things going out at Madrid, Chelsea will be a fool to pay the release clause.

It's clear Mourinho does not want to be there, and some players don't want him.

Madrid got no choice.

But they might be waiting to see if we are the big idiots in giving them free money.

So Chelsea should not pay any release clause for Mourinho!
