I really need someone here to explain me what are the positives if José resigns, short and long term ones, because I feel that the poll should be just 'José IN', but I dont know, can someone change my mind ?

It's simple. I'll use Borussia Monchegladbach example from Squawka tweet.

Ever since that Newcastle game, I've thought to myself "Anything but a win here and Mourinho will definitely be gone" before every single match. Weeks later, I'm in awe as to how he has managed not to get sacked after all those results. It's amazing, really. Including that game in Newcastle we've won just 1(!) out of our last 8 games.

Well, if the players start playing well as soon as Mourinho is gone then they know that in future they can just down tools when they don't like the manager to get rid of him...I guess we'll see.
