Iggy Doonican 4,187
maybe you are not familar with the concept of HD channels. may not get those in the pubs.so jose does not watch cuadrado in the flesh? infact i would guess that he watches him train and play everyday so i would take his opinion over some troll who judges a player over 288 minutes. i guess your old eyes might need more than just spectacles grandpa... by the way, are not u using a keyboard too?Err i'm a season ticket holder
didierforever 7,349
Err i'm a season ticket holderso??? your old senile eyes along with closed mind may not be helping you see and think clearly.and hence i would like to trust our manager on a player rather than some season ticket holder. Think he mentioned somewhere about getting 1-2 new players, although I suspect there might be slightly more than that. Could be a very busy summer...
Laylabelle 9,754
It's nice that again he has the whole transfer window to make decisions rather then someone new coming in as has been the case before manpe, Essien19 and CHOULO19
Tomo 21,754
After 2005/2006 we rested on our laurels and slowly got worse which culminated in the horror season of 10/11, yes we still won trophies but it was clear as early as 2007 that we were going to need younger blood sooner rather than later.Hopefully we do things differently this time, there is always way's to improve a team/squad. Maybe not.Think it was the right thing to happen when Mourinho left the time he did in 2007. It allowed him to gain experience in different leagues and even he wanted to win the 3 main leagues. If he hadn't been sacked then, he would have probably left at some point and the timeline of events may have turned out differently to the one we've experienced. termninja

I would rather he left Inter for Madrid than us for Madrid, that would have made many of us very bitter and thankfully didn't happen. As for his love it is undeniable...think he loves all the clubs he managed apart from maybe Madrid, but he still respects them. Roman did want Ancelotti in 2008 but he wanted to stay at Milan and we ended up with Scolari instead.
Essien19 1,415
All in all i was a little bit disappointed that Jose continued keeping his squad small. Why didn't Jose use more young players in the last games of the season? We already are the Champions of England and it would have been the perfect benchmark for next season who we can trust.Jose is always so serious, he cares so much about winning, but if his aim is still building a team for the next decade we have to integrate more guys from the academy. At the moment English prospects are quite expensive and with the increase of the TV money its still going up.Nonetheless i trust Jose and he knows what is best for us. I expect a new engine in midfield.
