If we want to be successful and save money then we shouldn't buy squad players. Just get class and quality, don't go out and spend 15-20M on a player who'll warm the bench. Having class and quality increases competition, agreed, however it can be a disruption too.. You can't keep rotating the team to keep everyone happy, it can lead to confusion and plain disgruntlement.
