It all sounds great, and there is no doubt club do great business. Hope from now on it continues, and, with success on the pitch, we also raise revenues significantly. It's obviously to keep our top players and add new we have to grow profits to meet FFP rules.

So that part is a little bit worried -

We need bigger stadium!

Would new stadium realy bring us that more money? I mean, we would have to spend big time on construction first and still, we probably wouldnt have more than 60k seater, which is not THAT much more than we have now...

And obvious question where to build new stadium...

Wouldn be better if we just sign a realy good sponsor contract or maybe even several new contracts like Manu did with Dhl, aon and chevrolet?

Stadium upgrades, new stadiums, youth facilities/academy etc are essentially not accounted for in FFP.

Used to think so too, but I looked it up when there was talk of a new stadium, and all expenses on facilities and youth academies are excluded.

Chelsea, and talkchelsea, are the only ones who care about FFP rules.

Yes Jose is making noise about it, but the fact is until penalties become meaningful, abiding by the FFP rules can become a disadvantage.

A lot of praise for the suits so far. However, which ever way you cut it, they would have had the ultimate yay or nay over Lampard staying or going.

They made a major wrong decision imo.
