AndersonBLUE 819
Yes, without a doubt the World hates us. I credit Lee Dixon on itv for actually saying how it is. We had our moments towards the end to win the match while still looking solid.

LDN Blue 7,903
We're successful, of course we are It's like, right now everyone loves Everton because they're a smaller, ambitious, club. If by some miracle Martinez got them to a consistent title-challenging squad everyone would turn on them too.
bushman 2,043
Let me repeat. Chelsea in Europe are not hated as much as they are hated in the UK. Common Joe in the UK has tendency to judge & hate every foreigner in England. We all know about it.
Fulham Broadway 17,333
No. Went to this club in Amsterdam once. Shit music, overpriced drinks. It was fucking rank
GodZola 630
Success breeds jealousy thus feeds haters, most successful English side in the last decade, including 2 Euro trophies. To put it simply 'they don't like it' but I've got some more bad news for them, this club is just waking up again and is in the early stages of building yet another successful period, so my message is clear to them, ¶Fuck em all¶I'd be more worried if we weren't being despised...... DDA 9,941
Obviously I don't read other news outlets across the world, or many other forums but I bet we aren't far away from it in all honesty.Something I do know though, the Arsenal obsession with us is bordering on obsessive."Arsenals obsession with us is bordering on obsessive"- Special Juan
Henrique 9,133
No. Mourinho is the most hated manager in the world. Everybody loved Chelsea last season with beautiful game from Hazard, Oscar and Mata.
BlueLyon 9,359
Yes we are but I dont give one fuck what others say. We are most hated club, but we are still like 4th in number of supporters around the world..Either you love or hate Chelsea, there is no way between. Other clubs have respect from neutral fans, we generaly dont. But I dont blame fans, I dislike FA and media who trashes us all the time. Everyone I talked today about yesterday match said Chelsea is destroying football. People turning into sheeps saying Chelsea plays boring football, while same type played by United or Real is heroic. However, Barca fans are dissapearing with each day. Everyone started to hate tiki-taka football, I never liked it anyway and Im happy people finaly realised how boring is.
cosmicway 1,333
What's the big idea you don't like defensive football ?When Everton was playing Panathinaikos at Goodison and the greens parked the bus you (*) were saying "the god of Greece helps our boys". The Puskas lads and all the rest of it. Remember ? You were not saying "this is boring".(*) who happen to be Greek
LAM09 7,062
Probably so. Let the haters hate, when we win our third successive European title.
Magic Lamps 11,692
In Germany City are hated, PSG are hated but no one is as hated as Chelsea, cos we are the most succesfull of the "plastic clubs". What makes teams with legal inestors behind them more plastic than those financed by corruption is beyond me. Lets rub it in their faces and become the most succesful club in modern football by winning the CL a 2nd time in 3 years + wiinning a 3rd consecutive European trophy. Bayern's CL success will look like the fluke it has been.
Ze Mario 638
the thread title itself is a rhetorical question, isnt it?
Green Lantern18 54
I think that we might be the most hated club in Europe and in the Premier League. But in the lower leagues surely it's got to be Millwall right?, because their fans are always dragging that club down with their senseless violence. My first experience of Millwall was when i watching their FA Cup match with Wigan from last season. I actually can't remember much about the game, all i can remember is that the game was overshadowed by some horrific violence involving Millwall fans. From what i hear on that day Millwall fans attacked a man in front of his daughter. Among other horrific things which i do not wish to talk about. NishC300 1,865
Arsenal, ManU City all parked the bus in the Champions League this season. Only they didn't do a good job of itI'd like to see someone DARE to accuse Madrid of parking the bus (baring the Barca fans). Even though they didn't park the bus.The funny thing is that people have more of a problem with parking the bus then boring knocking the ball sideways for 90 minutes? And you know what's even more weird? That if we went out and played ultra attacking football and got hammered, they'd still insult us. Some people just need to learn to appreciate tactical astuteness. quickpassnmove 924
get some good CMs, attacking fullbacks, and a real top striker and start playing quick then the neutral viewer will enjoy CFC a bit. Chelsea are "doing what's necessary" not just because it's practical away at Madrid but also because Chelsea are inept and have been inept for years as a squad. Some of you Chelsea fans should recognize that this is the CL semi-final and a lot of people watch it regardless of the club they support, so when Chelsea continue to be the 1.7 billion GBP club that can't play football, the reputation is deserved. Get some better players and start playing quicker, more incisive and the club's image will improve along with many Chelsea fans' feelings about the way Chelsea play. Term-X 7,891
To not be hated, or to be less hated for being successful, you need to offer something for the neutral football fan.
