Yep but Torres was Romans choice whereas Sturridge wasnt and no doubt despite how crap he is we wont be getting rid of him that easier.Heck surprised he admitted that Sheva was a complete waste by letting him go!

Disputable. Although even if Carlo pushed him to sign him, I don't think Roman minded much... he's the kind of player who represents Roman's power, but turned out to be another flop. I like to think that Torres was a unanimous signing by Carlo and Roman.

Ahh hey ho he's here...Sturridge is not.Sod all we can do...

No one as a fan can be happy that we only have a passenger on 175k available for the Europa League. While letting go of a 23 year old who at his age has the best statistics for a young striker in the Premier League to Looserpool, the club who sold us the biggest waste of space in the history of the game. After costing us the CWC there is little doubt that Torres will also cost us any chance to win the Europa League.
