Typical Boris "trick de Votanic", together with Labour. How else make headlines and divert attention from previous associations with Putin's Russia ? MoroccanBlue 5,385
Hopefully by Monday a buyer is lined up. The longer Roman waits, the more damage it causes the club.

Yeah. They did it last year over the ill fated superleague affair, without of course any sort of prompting from Abramovitch (Abramovitch liked the superleague at first, then was convinced by the demos to pull Chelsea out). Where are they now ? NikkiCFC
Fulham Broadway 17,333
Government Culture Minister Nadine Dorries is organising the sanctions against the club. She is a Liverpool fan. Fellow scouser Jamie Carragher tells Man United to poach manager Thomas Tuchel from rivals Chelsea, insisting a move for the German is a 'no-brainer' Muzchap
Muzchap 8,966
Let's call it what it is "discrimination" I don't condone any war. But don't believe the MSM - Ukraine has been a hotbed since the CIA engineered coup of 2014. US has bioweapon facilities in Ukraine and some dodgy dealings with the Biden family. This is ridiculous. MoroccanBlue 5,385
Again, nothing really changes on that front. All that's happened is that its forced Roman to either speed up the sale or fight it, which would be severely damaging for the club as a whole. We need a buyer. ASAP. milka 3,393
This isn’t about Roman, it’s not about what’s happening in Ukraine, it’s about damaging Chelsea as much as possible . Muzchap

Pizy 18,952
Now our shirt sponsor is suspending their deal with us. If a sale isn’t quickly organized at this point there may not be a Chelsea Football Club for much longer. What the fuck happens if we can no longer pay the players? This has to be completed ASAP. Strike 7,493
Guardian story is grim. Some of the players are concerned about the direction of the club and, by extension, their own futures, and are desperate for clarity. They are alarmed because one of the stipulations that have arisen from the sanctions is that Chelsea are unable to sign players or renew existing contracts. One dressing-room source said it was “chaos”, with people fearing that the club could go into administration. Laylabelle

Milan 17,959
Feel sorry for TT, his pre match and post match interview will not include one single question about the Norwich game. He should be accompanied by the club secretary to take care of those questions. Edited March 10, 2022 by Milan

Have the players really voiced their concerns amid dressing room 'chaos' within about 15 minutes?! I think the bits which have been drip-fed since would suggest things aren't quite as grim as that because a sale is still going to be possible. It just needs sorting asap for the sake of everyone associated with the club.
