They were running us ragged for 90 mins. He got skinned once or so but also made a vital interception to prevent Sterling from getting to the ball in the first hald but on TC, who is the scapegoat, Gary Cahill. Some of you

i dont even blame him for once. sure he got fucked over by sterling, but he did against mediocre players like fraser campbell so its no surprise. the team was just pure rubbish. people like him dont help, but still.... not much he could do

Probably won't play the next two or three games. And rightly so. If you can't tackle the player at least block the fuckin shot or foul him. Cahill has missed his vocation. If you like to accompany feisty small guys when they play ball you should become kindergarten warden.

Did his usual, completely predictable party piece for the goal but he was far from the only one culpable. No press = full freedom to pass to Sterling and he avoided Matic and Mikel expertly. Just the general demeanor of everyone on the pitch revealed how uncomfortable they were with our approach today.

For me Mourinho picks up the tab for (a) the abysmal surrender that made this shit side look like Barca on drugs and (b ) dropping Zouma for no reason at all post Newcastle.

What the fuck has happend to him

It's two things: complacency because he knows he will almost always play and, ultimately, he just isn't that good. And because of those two reasons you end up with the situation we have now: a player who just keeps getting exposed.

is he on drugs or something?

started the match well and made that awesome sliding interception to deny sterling going thru. but anytime he came 1v1 against sterling he got OWNED. very very poor.

He regressed to his mean.

He is capable playing above himself, but more often than not he will regress to the same level of play.

Insanity : Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Einstein was speaking directly to cahill when he made this quote. How can you concede so many goals doing exactly the same thing and not learn from it?

If he continues to retain his place then Jose has to take the blame for persisting with him.
