Popular Post! The Chels 2,502 Posted August 7, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted August 7, 2014 Well, if he went to Italy, Spain, France, or Germany with teams in the CL, would they be rivals too? Won't QPR play in the FA Cup and COC?Cole technically joined our rivals too (Roma) as they are fighting for the CL. are you serious? Popular Post! Rambo 1,729 Posted August 7, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted August 7, 2014 Am i wrong? Absolutely. What Term-X is referring to is that Man City are our DIRECT rivals. They are competing against us for four titles, including the Premier League, CL, FA Cup and Capital One Cup. To draw such parallels to an overseas team like Roma makes no sense at all. And yes, I purposely ignored your point about QPR because I have nothing to say to that.. Magic Lamps 11,692
Frank himself has to acknowledge that this is weird. It looks weird, it feels weird and I am eager to hear what he says about that City situation and why he even signed for the fuckin Sheikh and his City group when his carreer ends. I hope those 6 month will be over fast. Term-X and Muzchap
BlueLion. 21,491
I agree that there are some extreme views obviously, never denied that. My point was however that those were in the minority, and that it's unfair to make a generalisation that basically insinuates that everyone that's disappointed and not happy about the move called him Judas, when that's far from the truth. As you've said, there are many well thought, rational opinions on here and it's unfair to label them like that.Wholeheartedly agreed. kellzfresh 7,229
Haven't commented on this transfer but it sure is painful to watch your best ever Chelsea Legend in a rival shirt. My favorite Chelsea player on my bio is still lamps
Drogzola 283
If only we knew the whole story.....We only see what they want us to see. I reserve my judgment until I know all the details of what happened. All I know is he is gone now and he is a Legend.
Chelsea Legend 11 4,062
who cares? I mean really... Lamps is in the twilight of his career and its clear he's going there to keep his fitness levels up. Much ado about nothing if you ask me, he will rarely feature at City and is there to help them fill a quota. He's forever a legend in my books. zolayes, BlueLion., Fulham Broadway and 1 other
Etoo fils 45
I ll always have a huge respect for Frank.I'm sure Mou sent him away and he had no choice to play for another club and City is not a historic rival.
Polo7 3,496
Some were against the selling of Mata but are ok with Lampard joining city? Get back to the plastic factory please. This is such a non-point its unbelievable. Mata is nowhere near Lampard when it comes to legendary status. I wouldnt even call Mata a Chelsea legend. Special Juan 28,141
He's stamped his legendary status all over this club, left a legacy and has now moved on. Nothing will taint his time here, City or no City. I will be the first on my feet to applaud the bloke if he returns with City to SB.Absolute fucking legend. zolayes

The only place to be 11,313
Frank on his interview for their official website: "I feel very flatered and happy that I can play for a club at this level"Oh no....I have to be offended by this statement because it's in bold but I'm not quite sure I know why. This is so frustrating. BlueLion.
