The other transfer rumours should be treated as such unless the players or the clubs involved state otherwise.  I withhold my opinion on those until they become fact.

Weak spots in the first team must be filled with quality purchases if the club has any ambition, competitive market or not.  Failure to do so will doom the club to a downward spiral regardless of excuses.

Need? Hard to say.  Left back, CB ( or 2) a CM, 2 strikers. Possibly another player in the Oscar role, and sell him on.   

Will we get what we need? I very much doubt it.

A lot will depend on what system Conte plans to use. I think he will have a couple in his head and want players flexible and versatile enough to use a couple of different ones.

Centre back, centre mid and striker is the absolute minimum we need though.
