Loan the most direct player in our squad out, replace him with another attacking midfielder who we will stick on the wing. Goodbye all directness and variation. To compete we need a good squad, but with different sorts of players. We already have 3 or 4 number 10 like players in Mata, Hazard, Oscar and De Bruyne, an inside forward in Andre Schurrle and then Moses who is direct. Look at United, they used Nani, Kagawa, Valencia, Young on their wings at times last year. All different players. Nani is similar to Valencia as in they are both direct players. Young and Kagawa prefer to come inside so they can score goals/link with Rooney. We need to have that sort of variation in our squad. If we sell/loan Moses and then when we are playing too narrow, who will we bring on to stretch teams? We will be pretty fucked.

Why would we even loan Mata to Atletico? They didn't give us any help with trying to sign Falcao, fuck off Atleti and fuck off Simone.

If hes signing to replace Mata, bad transfer. If hes signing to give us more depth and attacking options, its a decent transfer, thats if we can keep everyone happy....

If Mourinho was to ever sell/loan Mata, I would be very disappointed. Can't see Roman being very happy with Jose selling or loaning Mata while trying to play a more Barcelona-like possession style of football either which he apparently 'craves'. Willian couldn't even lace Oscars boots never mind Matas. Signing Willian is still mind boggling? Why? We have more than enough quality for the 3 behind the striker. Rafael sucks. I don't rate him, decent going forward, quite poor defensively. Still if my statement is dire what about De Gea being better than Cech? Or Cleverly being just as good as Ramires? Or Zaha better being than Moses? Take a look at your previous statements first before you call mines dire.
