Why do Premier League managers usebthe 3-4-3 formation? The way they use that formation isn't effective at all, and it seems like they like putting players out of position for the sake of using that formation. Rodgers does it, Arteta, Southgate, Wilder etc all do it as well.

 

It seems like they're trying to recreate what Conte did, but they're desperately failing.
