Green Lantern18 54
I think it's a bloody cheek for Arsenal fans to call us boring. Because they happily sing "One-Nil" to the Arsenal, which is a chant that refers to a period in Arsenal's history where they bored their way to several 1-0 wins. Everyone knows that Arsenal fans have been singing “One-Nil to the Arsenal” since George Graham made the scoreline popular when he tried to bore us to death in the latter part of his tenure as Arsenal boss. And we've sung it ever since, mostly ironically for a few years, but more recently sometimes actually in celebration of being ahead against Sunderland or someone similar. http://angryofislington.com/2012/10/16/where-did-the-chant-1-0-to-the-arsenal-come-from/ I also learned the other day that we apparently hold the record for the most one nil wins in a Premier League season. But what seems to have been forgotten, is the fact they are only two behind us. As they won NINE matches by the scoreline of one nil, when the won the title in the 1997-98 season. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1997%E2%80%9398_Arsenal_F.C._season#Match_results robdog

Claude might be angry most of the time but like others have said, he's just being passionate and frustrated at his team's failings. Iggy Doonican 4,186
FROM NEWSTHUMP WEBSITE.YouGov defends poll which showed Liverpool as clear Premier League winnersPolling organisation YouGov has defended its prediction that Liverpool would win the Premier League by 8 points.YouGov insisted its methodologies were sound and that the fact that the actual result bore no resemblance to their prediction was just ‘an anomaly’.A spokesperson explained, “Polling is an inexact science based on gathering data, analysing it, then pulling conclusions out of our arses.”“We looked very closely at the results up to the end of March 2015 and at that point we felt a prediction of a Liverpool title triumph by at least 8 points was the most likely result.”“People will criticise our analysis, but they didn’t have access to the levels of detailed data that we did.”“The fact that Chelsea have won by such a margin is just one of those things that you can’t predict, no matter how complex your algorithm.”“And anyway, technically Chelsea’s title win was within the margin of error in our prediction. So there.”YouGov predict Liverpool title winLiverpool fans have been left distraught by the Premier League’s result, having believed until just two weeks ago that the title was theirs to lose.Season ticket holder Simon Williams told us, “Chelsea winning the title so clearly is such a shock, I can’t believe they YouGov didn’t predict it. It’s the last time I’ll ever believe a polling organisation.”“At least until they tell me something I want to hear, anyway.” Tomo
