The topic at hand.

One final bid for Rooney, I read.

Then what ? Has Jose not listened to United yet ? It´ll be refused anyways.

Now, Chelsea are piddling around with Rooney, meanwhile all other players are signed elsewhere. Why did they wait so long ?

He did talked about about ''other decisions will be made'' if necessary which mean we got other plans. Eto'o, Martinez who knows...

Well, I heard him talking about others. All I wonder, why did he wait so long ?

Rooney bid was rejected 4 weeks ago. If he brings other player, usually it takes time to get acquainted with the tactics, the team...

Jose Mourinho has suggested that Chelsea are ready to make at least one more bid for Wayne Rooney but has also now stressed that "different decisions" could be made and is refusing to rule out the possibility of turning to Samuel Eto'o.

Interesting post from an old member on redcafe

He's leaving. There's no chance that we'll keep an unhappy player on board especially since he's at the wrong end of his contract. Once a big name signing is made, Rooney will be a goner.
