The_Flash 1,144
Moyes screaming "...its illegal, its illegal."The man is an embarrasment, he doesnt seem to care in his pursuit of Fellani and Baines.p.s. £60m, for Rooney, dont be so fuc***** stupid Jose, he isnt worth half. ChelseaFanUK 1,014
Interesting actually as Jose was quite firm in saying hand in a requestPerhaps the reason is because if you dont hand in a transfer request you are paid a signing on fee + a loyalty bonus from your current club and Rooney feels like he shouldn't forfeit that, huge amount of money. If he is on £250k a week or so as papers claim, he will lose almost £5m id guess. Him and Stretford will know whats at stake
We Hate Scouse 10,326
All this talk about how wonderful he was yersterday, he had 3 shots on target. THE WHOLE GAME.He didnt bang in 10 goals, god Utd had three strikers on and we had none and we kept it to 0-0. He doesnt want to come to Chelsea, he just dislikes Moyes and he has got to weigh that up with his love for Utd.Our constant pursuit of him will make us look bad and Moyes look like some kind of f***** victor when Rooney enviably stays at Utd. Leave it Jose, he is not that bloody good.Your point? He had a blinding game. Don't base his game on stats.
ChelseaFanUK 1,014
60m euros, id guess is about £45-48m. Cavani was £53m and his price was 63m euros

Rmpr 8,977
To be quite honest, if we offered Manure 60mi euros for Rooney, why didnt we pay the buy-out clause to get Cavani from Napoli?

John1611 77
Guys, calm down. All this reaction just because of Sky reporting he won't hand in a transfer request? There's still a chance we might get him, though if it's true that we had a deal agreed and United dishonoured it, then imho we should never attempt to do business with them again. Leif 6,006
Has this topic predominantly just gone from "See, told you guys the deal would never happen" to "This deal is far from over" over the same quote in 20 minutes?

Leif 6,006
Mourinho said this will go on until the very last day of the transfer window and he has little reason to lie about that. A lot can happen in 5 or so days, especially in football. Still a few twists and turns remain.
